- PBIT expressed as a percentage of revenue.

- PBIT divided by net finance cost.

- Current assets divided by current liabilities. Current liabilities include short-term interest bearing debt and interest free liabilities.
- GEARING RATIO
- Net interest bearing debt expressed as a percentage of shareholders' equity.
- NET DEBT TO EBITD RATIO
- Net interest bearing debt divided by operating profit before depreciation ("EBITD").
- FREE CASH FLOW
- Cash generated from operations less net interest paid, less net capital expenditure to maintain operations, less tax paid (excluding the once off settlement in respect of trademarks).
