Nu Metro Home Entertainment has again partnered with shopping centre advertising authority Primall Media. This time, for one month Primall will assist in communicating the DVD and Blu-Ray release of the Clint Eastwood directed Invictus.
Making use of 52 of Primall’s tactically located Digital Ad Screens in Canal Walk, Eastgate, Menlyn, Gateway, Cresta and with Hanging Banners and Digital Ad Screens in Sandton City, the Invictus campaign aims to encourage South Africans aged 25 and up to watch the inspiring production in the comfort of their own home.
Primall’s Lee Curtis comments, “The release of the Invictus DVD during the World Cup really is perfect timing to reach both our SA target audience and overseas visitors. During the World Cup the shopping centres are exponentially busy. Tourists will divide their time between going to soccer games, site seeing and shopping. Coinciding with the five week school holiday, centres will be flooded with parents and children seeking entertainment options. We’re confident that copies of Invictus will be flying off the shelves.”
Invictus is the moving account of how Nelson Mandela joined forces with Springbok captain Francois Pienaar to unite our country. Shot on location in South Africa and directed by Clint Eastwood, the film featured several South African actors.
