Tlc Drives Purchasers Into Cell C Retail Outlets

Building on their ongoing successful penetration of the mobile market, Cell C have commissioned Primedia Unlimited subsidiary washroom media operator, TLC, to advertise Cell C in the washrooms of shopping malls where Cell C retailers have stores.

The 9 month Shopping Mall Washroom campaign extends from April to the end of December 2008 and will be discerned by thousands of people attending to their needs in washrooms throughout the country.

Says Andrew Kramer, Managing Director TLC, “When most people enter a washroom they are unhurried and their ‘dwell’ time averages 2 – 3 minutes at least. The Cell C ads, calculated to increase foot traffic into Cell C stores within the malls, will vary from month to month, making the medium an excellent option for the mobile operator to run with new material as and when it introduces new offers through Jet, Edgars and CNA.”
