RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Shareholders are advised that at the annual general meeting of Primedia shareholders held at the registered office of Primedia, First Floor, Primedia Place, 5 Gwen Lane (Corner Fredman Drive), Sandown, Sandton on Friday, 25 November 2005, all the resolutions were passed by the requisite majority of shareholders.

The special resolution will be submitted to the Registrar of Companies for registration in due course.
